For health and safety reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I am only able to accept returns for earrings if the packaging is not broken and is intact.
I hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied please contact me within 14 days of delivery so that I may endeavour to resolve any issue.
If the packaging is still sealed and you do require a refund, I ask that you return the earrings, UNUSED, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition within 30 days, and I will arrange a refund for your purchase. Buyer to pay return postage and obtain proof of posting.
I reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. Goods cannot be returned once they have been used or cut into. Please check for any faults or decide if you wish to keep the item or not before cutting into or starting to use them.
Please allow 3-5 working days for returns to be processed once they are received by me. I will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order once the goods are returned. The postage is only refundable on return of the entire order. If any premium or express delivery was arranged, I will only refund the cost of standard delivery. I will send you a refund in the same way you made payment. For example if you paid for your order by PayPal, your refund will be sent back via PayPal. Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to show in your account once the refund has been processed.
