I ship most orders within 3-5 days, subject to availability. For custom orders, please allow up to 7 days for dispatch.
If for any reason you need to change the shipping method, please contact me.
If you are purchasing from outside the UK, your goods may be subject to your country's relevant customs and/or import duties.
Return & Exchange Policy
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 4 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Items such as earrings (for health/hygiene reasons) unless the sealed packaging has not been broken and is still intact.
I hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied please do not hesitate to contact me within 14 days of delivery so that I may endeavour to resolve any issue. That said, if you do require a refund, I ask that you return the item, unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition within 30 days, and I will arrange a refund for your purchase. Buyer to pay return postage.
I reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. Goods cannot be returned once they have been used or cut into. Please check for any faults or decide if you wish to keep the item or not before cutting into or starting to use them.
Returning an item
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to notify me that you wish to return an item.
Once you have notified me that you wish to return an item please post to the returns address below. Please obtain proof of posting.

Please allow 3-5 working days for returns to be processed once they are received by me. I will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order once the goods are returned. The postage is only refundable on return of the entire order. If any premium or express delivery was arranged, I will only refund the cost of standard delivery. I will send you a refund in the same way you made payment. For example if you paid for your order by PayPal, your refund will be sent back via PayPal. Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to show in your account once the refund has been processed.
