  • How do I place a custom order?
    Please contact me in the first instance to discuss your requirements.
  • Do you charge VAT on any items?
  • What if I need to return or exchange my goods?
    Please contact me within 14 days of delivery, and ship item/s back within 30 days of delivery. Please note: The following items cannot be returned of exchanged: Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: · Custom or personalized orders · Perishable products (like food or flowers) · Digital downloads Items such as earrings (for health/hygiene reasons) unless the sealed packaging has not been broken and is still intact. I hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied please do not hesitate to contact me within 14 days of delivery so that I may endeavour to resolve any issue. That said, if you do require a refund, I ask that you return the item, unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition within 30 days, and I will arrange a refund for your purchase. Buyer to pay return postage. I reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. Goods cannot be returned once they have been used or cut into. Please check for any faults or decide if you wish to keep the item or not before cutting into or starting to use them. Returning an item Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to notify me that you wish to return an item. Once you have notified me that you wish to return an item please post to the returns address below. Please obtain proof of posting. Returns Address Mrs Catherine Evans 11 Warten Road Ramsgate Kent CT11 8BL Processing Returns Please allow 3-5 working days for returns to be processed once they are received by me. I will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order once the goods are returned. The postage is only refundable on return of the entire order. If any premium or express delivery was arranged, I will only refund the cost of standard delivery. I will send you a refund in the same way you made payment. For example if you paid for your order by PayPal, your refund will be sent back via PayPal. Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to show in your account once the refund has been processed.
  • How long does it take for my goods to be shipped?
    I ship most orders within 72 hours, subject to availability. For custom orders, please allow up to 7 days for dispatch. If for any reason you need to change the shipping method, please contact me.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    I accept payment by PayPal, Bank Transfer or Cash on Collection
  • What if I need to cancel the order?
    Please contact me within 4 hours of purchase. Cancellations will not be accepted after this time.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
