That said, if you do require a refund, I ask that you return the item, unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition within 30 days, and I will arrange a refund for your purchase. I reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. Goods cannot be returned once they have been used or cut into. Please check for any faults or decide if you wish to keep the item or not before cutting into or starting to use them.

Please allow 3-5 working days for returns to be processed once they are received by me. I will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order once the goods are returned. The postage is only refundable on return of the entire order.
