I reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. Goods cannot be returned once they have been used or cut into. Please allow 3-5 working days for returns to be processed once they are received by me. I will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order once the goods are returned. The postage is only refundable on return of the entire order. If any premium or express delivery was arranged, I will only refund the cost of standard delivery. I will send you a refund in the same way you made payment. Standard shipping is normally via Royal Mail 2nd Class within the UK and International Standard Shipping to Europe and the Rest of the World.
