I hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied please contact me within 14 days of delivery so that I may endeavour to resolve any issue. That said, if you do require a refund, I ask that you return the item, unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition within 30 days, and I will arrange a refund for your purchase. Buyer to pay return postage and obtain proof of posting.

I reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. Goods cannot be returned once they have been used or cut into. Please check for any faults or decide if you wish to keep the item or not before cutting into or starting to use them.

Please allow 3-5 working days for returns to be processed once they are received by me. I will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order once the goods are returned. The postage is only refundable on return of the entire order. If any premium or express delivery was arranged, I will only refund the cost of standard delivery. I will send you a refund in the same way you made payment. For example if you paid for your order by PayPal, your refund will be sent back via PayPal. Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to show in your account once the refund has been processed.

I ship most orders within 72 hours, subject to availability. For custom orders, please allow up to 7 days for dispatch.

Standard shipping is normally via Royal Mail 2nd Class within the UK and International Standard Shipping to Europe and the Rest of the World.

However, please select the shipping method that most suits your needs. If circumstances allow I may upgrade your order to another shipping method at my discretion and at no extra cost to yourself.
